Founder & Director
A licensed architect in South Africa and Botswana with 14+ years’ experience. She holds an MArch from the University of Cape Town and studied Business & Entrepreneurship at Rutgers as a Mandela Washington Fellow; her career includes roles at Paragon and Peerutin and delivery of award-winning projects (over P1 billion) across South Africa, Kenya and Botswana, including Sandton landmarks and Kenya’s Crystal Rivers Mall. As President of the Architects Association of Botswana and a board member of Botswana Women in Construction, Thandeka also leads sustainability initiatives with UN-Habitat and UNDP.
